     What should I wear to my appointment?
  • Our dresses are designed with you in mind. Wear what's comfortable but also keep in mind what you will be wearing on your special day. A strapless bra? Seamless underwear? We appreciate you limit your make up when trying on gowns, as we do sell off the rack and want to keep our dresses as clean as possible.
     Who should I bring to my appointment?
  • Your decision makers! If that means that you want to have this experience by yourself, that's okay too. We have limited seating which we have found over the years works best for our brides, however, we can make special arrangements if you have a large party. Please let us know. We are often a very busy shop but will work with you to accommodate your guest count!
​     How long will my dress take too come in?
  • Wedding dresses can take 4 to 8 months to come in depending on the designer. Rush orders are available for most dresses with an additional cost.
     My wedding is coming up! Can I buy off the rack?
  • Yes! We have a selection of off rack dresses ready for you to take home.
     Will I need alterations?
  • Once you have said yes to your dress, we will give you recommendations on which seamstress you can take your dress to for alterations. Our seamstresses work closely with our dresses. These gowns are designed to be altered.
  • Each wedding dress we order is considered a special order. This means we measure you and order to your closest size. Most dresses need a hem and the straps shortened. 
     How can I pay for my dress?
  • We make this process as easy as possible. We accept cash, debit, Visa, Mastercard and Amex. If you decide to buy off the rack, we can do a layaway plan with a half non refundable deposit made. You can then make payments at your convenience within a reasonable timeframe. If you decide to special order your gown, a non refundable deposit is required and you can pay for it in full when your dress comes in. We also supply a garment bag and steaming before your special day.
     Can you order dresses in different colours?
  • Often, yes!  Dresses will offer different colour choices on certain fabrics.
