Candace & First Comes Love Team, OMG! If I thought the décor for the Ceremony was fabulous – all I can say is wholly Sh@@T! You guys did an AMAZING job! Everything surpassed my expectations by 200% - couldn’t even imagine how beautiful everything turned out. Your detail with the draping and clips on the Isles, to the lighting, etc was just wonderful. Everyone was raving about the backdrop all night – even the DJ! They were all taking pictures of it and with us – said they have never seen anything like it! Thank you and your staff (and your husband) for making my day over the moon! When I get pictures back I will forward some to you, if you want to put on your website for advertising, whatever, go for it! I’m sure pictures wouldn’t even come close to how amazing it looked. The best part was that even from the bar at the back of the room, the whole stage actually looked even bigger! People were actually standing there all night mesmerized by it and just saying “wow”. I’m not making this up. Thanks again. |

I did all of my wedding planning from out of province and Candace was very thorough, attentive, and careful with every detail via our telephone and email chats! I am so pleased with the way our wedding ceremony site and wedding reception decor turned out- it was exactly the way I wanted it and it was so beautiful!! My guests were not expecting all the bling and beauty of the decor and they all said that it was stunning and so sparkly! I would recommend First Comes Love to any one. Candace was a life saver, she knew more about the venue than the actual venue staff did. She set up our full ceremony and reception decor so that my mind would be at ease and I could view it all and not have to worry the morning of my wedding. From my first consultation with Candace to the day of the wedding, she was very professional and I could tell she "saw my vision" and with the help of her amazing team- made our dream wedding come alive right before our eyes, right down to the tiniest detail! I looked around for the best bang for my buck and found that at First Comes Love they have a lot of decor to choose from! The hall we had our wedding in was transformed! Candace and her team went above and beyond, they set up all the little things that I had made, place cards & center pieces! When i walked into my reception I started shaking and was in such shock as to how incredible it looked! It was so relaxing not having to worry about setting up my reception on the day of, and I knew Candace & her team wouldn't let me down, and they definitely didn't. Our wedding was an absolutely magical night thanks to Candace and the rest of the crew from First Comes Love. They went above and beyond turning our small town community hall into an elegant venue for our reception. The lighted backdrop and head table linens added ambiance to the decor and really pulled your attention to us. The candy bar was a hit with guest of all ages and the vases of all shapes and sizes provided by First Comes Love caught your eye as soon as you walked in. We also ordered the photo booth and with it First Comes Love provided all kinds of dress up apparel from crazy glasses and masquerade masks to hilarious wigs and mustaches. This was also a highlight of the night for our guests as they were instantly printed a photo with our names and wedding date on them to take home.After taking your photo you were able to leave a video message as well. We received a flash drive with all the photos and video messages left throughout the night for us to look back on for many years to come! The ladies that operated the photo booth were prompt, courteous, and very professionally mannered. They took care of everything from set up to take down which is a huge relief and time saver on the day of your wedding and the day after as there is SO much to do.

The Kamloops & District Elizabeth Fry Society would recommend First Comes Love Wedding & Event Design & Photo Booth Rental to anyone who is looking for a dedicated company to make their event or wedding beautiful. They arrived on time the morning of the event and made the place look absolutely stunning! During the whole event and after we have had people continually commenting on how wonderful the decorations were and how they have never seen any event or wedding decorated so beautifully. When I First thought about decorating for my wedding day I had a vision of what I wanted, but putting it all up and taking it all down seemed far to stressful for me...then I contacted First Comes Love and met Candace...she was so professional and organized, had many pictures and samples for me to look at...I new right away this was our decorator. We loved the lanterns, they looked so beautiful! I loved how we could change the dimming of the lights as the night went on, it created just the perfect ambiance. Thank you and your husband for all of your help with making our day even more beautiful. The head table and backdrop were just what I had in mind too, they were simple and perfect.
